About The Survival Herbalist

Real remedies. Real stories. No BS.

The Real Story

I smoked weed every single day for 10 years. I drank most nights. I told myself it was fine, that I could handle it, that I would quit “when I needed to.”

I never needed to. Until I did.

In January 2026, at 3am, high and drunk, I had a conversation that changed everything. I realized the same thing that makes you lose at trading is what makes you lose at life – panic, fear, running from discomfort, not trusting yourself, giving up at the worst moment.

I had been giving up on myself for a decade.

That night, I made a decision. Not to “try” to quit. To actually quit. To redirect every pound I was spending on substances into building something real – skills, knowledge, a future I could be proud of.

Why Herbs?

During my journey to get clean, I discovered something: nature already has most of what we need. Herbs for sleep. Herbs for anxiety. Herbs for focus. Herbs for the cravings that hit at 2am when your brain is screaming for the thing you are trying to quit.

I started researching. Experimenting. Finding what actually works versus what is just wellness marketing nonsense.

This site is where I share what I learn. Real herbs. Real results. No sponsored garbage or influencer hype.

What You Will Find Here

Herbal Remedies – Teas, tinctures, and natural solutions that actually work. I test everything myself before writing about it.

Breaking Free – My honest journey quitting substances after 10 years. The wins, the struggles, the things that helped.

The Deal I Made With Myself

I was spending £600-1000 per month on weed and alcohol. That is £7000-12000 per year going up in smoke.

Now that money goes into building. Learning. Creating. This website exists because I stopped poisoning myself and started investing in myself.

Same money. Completely different outcome.

If you are going through something similar – quitting substances, looking for natural alternatives, trying to build a better life – you are in the right place.

We survive together.
